You may ask – How?
First of all, I (Maggie) have learned to cook authentic food from locals when I lived in New Mexico and Mexico off and on for 12 years.
Secondly, my husband John is a natural born Latin from Ecuador and we learn new recipes from his family every time we go to visit them.
We are a small family run restaurant in the heart of New Romney.
We source local produce where possible, mixed with authentic imported Mexican goods.
We do not fry.
We make everything 100% fresh.
We cater for Vegetarians and Vegans, with weekly specials.
We do various margaritas and weekly special cocktails to compliment our food.
